Redfearn & Associates produces over 50 events annually, with the majority of these clients having long-term relationships with us. We work with our clients on their major annual events, as well as on any smaller donor parties, walks, runs and golf events.

Because of our experience in working with non profits, we understand and appreciate the budget challenges they face. Redfearn & Associates works with our clients on not only producing a first class, quality event, but making sure we adhere to the working budget.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
One of the most important parts of every event is the production management. We dedicate an experienced production manager to work with our client, venue and vendors. The Production Manager works with the client from the initial meeting, through to the day of event. He schedules all load ins, set up, strike and calls the show. This person also, if applicable, works with the client on scripts & timelines.
